KRGC now offering 3D Archery

3D Archery is a hike through the woods shooting at 3 dimensional animal targets.  These targets are mostly life size big game animals and some small game and predator targets. The targets have scoring rings on them, so your goal is not only to better your shooting skills on wild game but to quantify shots and accumulate a high score.  You are not only shooting against others but yourself as well.  KRGC now has a 1.7 mile course though the rolling hills on our property.  We have approximately 30 targets ranging from:  deer, bear, turkey, wild boar, elk, cougar, and other game birds and predators.  Target distances range from 16 yards up to 52 yards. The course takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.  Shoots will be held 1 Saturday month starting in April.  See the club calendar for specific dates and times. Cost for the shoots will be $10 for members, $15 nonmembers. Shooting starts at 9am, you can register and pay at the club house.  Please register and pay before noon before starting the course.   Come join us and invite your friends for a challenging and fun way to prepare for yourself archery season.
